West Ed Wave Session

This is our annual wave session at West Ed. The event is open to Paddle Junkies members first (Get your 2010 Membership In). We have room for 25 people and the cost is $30 per person. You can pay by cash with cheques made out to 'Paddle Junkies' or by paypal for $31. Paypal account is finance@paddlejunkies.com. Cheques need to be mailed to Krista Hughes at 20 Deer Lane Bay SE Calgary AB T2J5S8. Please contact me at madley@shaw.ca or 403 604-6561 to let me know how you will be paying. Also you must be AWA member of some kind (Paddle Junkies or other Club) and Helmet and PFD is mandatory.

Many people head up Saturday and spend the evening in Edmonton. Usually meet at the mall for drinks Saturday Night.

This is a public event. Thus, is not associated with Paddle Junkies directly and attendees are participating at their own risk and no coverage or responsiblity of Paddle Junkies or it's affiliates.

COST: There are none

There are no club costs associated with this event. Not including personal expenses such as transportation, permits, passes, or any other such costs.

CAPACITY:25

Due to limits on the specifications of the trip, facility or number of qualified leaders to manage the group a capacity has been set (see attendee list below).

Equipment:

You are responsible for providing your own equipment. Including boat, paddle, helmet, PFD, whistle, spray skirt, and appropriate attire for the type of run and weather conditions. The trip leader reserves the right to disallow your participation if they feel you are not properly equipped for the event.
